Gazpacho vodka shots

Chill with Gazpacho vodka shots for refreshing Aussie summers.
Ingredients:
  • 2-3 drops Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) chilled tomato juice
  • 1 ripe tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red capsicum, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 3.05 gm Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) chilled vodka
Instructions:
  • Combine tomato juice, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a blender. Blend until nearly smooth, then mix in Tabasco sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Evenly distribute the vodka among shot glasses, then layer with the refreshing gazpacho and serve promptly.
