Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons brown rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 teaspoons green tea leaves
Instructions:
  • Toast rice in a small skillet over medium-low heat until dark spots form. Transfer to a small saucepan, add water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and steep for an additional 3 minutes. Add tea and steep for 3 more minutes. Strain out rice and tea leaves. Serve tea hot.
