Indulge in a cheesy prosciutto-filled Yorkshire pudding pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 150g (1 cup) plain flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 250ml (1 cup) milk
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) tomato pasta sauce
  • 50g (1/2 cup) grated mozzarella cheese
  • Thinly sliced prosciutto, to top
  • Steamed broccolini, to top
  • Fresh basil leaves, to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220C/200C fan forced. Then, warm the oil in a 20cm (base measurement) skillet or ovenproof frying pan in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
  • Combine flour, eggs, and milk into a smooth batter, then pour into the skillet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden. Once done, drizzle with tomato pasta sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Finally, top with prosciutto, broccolini, and basil leaves.
