Ginny's Cheezy Macaroni

Decadent baked mac and cheese with your choice of cheeses.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 2.5 cups macaroni
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) package Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 cups milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, melt the margarine in the oven. Once melted, add the macaroni, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the macaroni with butter. Sprinkle cheese over the macaroni and pour milk on top without stirring. Do not cover the dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for an hour without stirring.
