Quick and delicious savory breadsticks ready in 40 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Betty Crocker™ All-Purpose Gluten Free Rice Flour Blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Combine flour blend, xanthan gum, rosemary, and salt in a small bowl; set aside.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, bring water, butter, and garlic to a rolling boil. Add the flour blend mixture and stir until it forms a ball. Reduce heat to low and stir vigorously for about 1 minute. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  • Transfer dough into a sturdy resealable plastic bag and snip off 1/2 inch from one corner. Squeeze and pipe dough through the hole to form thin 8-inch strips on an ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed with golden bottoms and dry tops. Then, transfer to a cooling rack and serve warm.
