Satisfy your cravings with rich gnocchi in sage-butter sauce, loaded with garlic, black pepper, and Parmesan - a flavorful meat-free pasta for two.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (12 ounce) packages potato gnocchi
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients needed for the recipe.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add gnocchi and cook until they rise to the surface, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain well.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until bubbly and fragrant. Add garlic and sauté until tender and golden, roughly 4 minutes.
  • Combine fresh sage and a pinch of salt into the mixture. Introduce the cooked gnocchi, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and a dash of pepper; delicately mix everything together.
  • Finish by generously garnishing with 2 tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
