Ingredients:
  • 30g soft goat's cheese
  • 2 Arnott’s Vita-Weat Sesame, Pumpkin & Quinoa Lunch Slices
  • 100g sliced tinned beetroot, drained
  • 2 tsp lightly toasted pepitas
  • 82.50 ml picked watercress leaves
Instructions:
  • Evenly slather the goat's cheese onto the Arnott’s Vita-Weat Sesame, Pumpkin & Quinoa Lunch slices.
  • Garnish the dish with beetroot slices, pepitas, and watercress leaves. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, then serve.
