Gracie's Amazing Vegetarian Burritos

Satisfying vegetarian burritos filled with black beans, pinto beans, brown rice, and corn for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
1tablespoonolive oil
1onion, chopped
1tablespoonmincedgarlic
1tablespoonchili powder, divided
2teaspoons ground black pepper, divided
2teaspoons cayenne pepper, divided
1cupcanned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1cupcanned black beans, rinsed and drained
1cupfrozen corn, thawed, drained
1cupcookedbrown rice
6burrito-size flour tortillas
Instructions:
In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, sauté onion and garlic with 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, and cumin until onion softens, about 3-5 minutes.
Mix pinto beans, black beans, corn, and rice in a bowl. Slowly add bean mixture to skillet, stirring thoroughly each time. Stir in the rest of the chili powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Lower heat, cover with a lid, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until heated through and flavors meld seamlessly, stirring occasionally.
Spread 1/6 of the bean mixture in a line down the center of 1 tortilla. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up into a delicious burrito. Repeat this process with the rest of the bean mixture and tortillas.
