Deliciously moist and versatile recipe passed down from my grandmother, perfect on its own or with cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously spray a 10-inch Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Cream together the butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the sliced bananas, sour cream, and baking soda. Mix in the flour until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • - Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
