Decadent chocolate brownies, irresistibly moist and delicious without frosting. Best enjoyed warm!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cups shredded zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C and grease a jelly roll pan.
  • Combine and aerate the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt by sifting them together in a bowl.
  • Using an electric mixer, cream together the butter and 1 1/2 cups of sugar until smooth in a large bowl. Incorporate the first egg fully, then add in the vanilla extract with the second egg. Gently incorporate the flour mixture. Carefully fold in the zucchini until evenly distributed. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and top it off with the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar, chocolate chips, and walnuts.
  • Bake in the oven until the top is dry and the edges start to pull away, about 25-30 minutes.
