Blend cranberries, oranges, apples, and pecans in a food processor for a quick and delicious homemade cranberry sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag cranberries
  • 2 navel oranges - washed thoroughly, unpeeled, cut into quarters
  • 3 apples - peeled, cored and halved
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup white sugar, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine cranberries, oranges, apples, pecans, and sugar in a food processor. Pulse until evenly ground for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and chill in the fridge for at least 2 days before serving.
