Ham and noodle casserole with creamy sauce, topped with crispy potato chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 0.33333334326744 pound processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cubed
  • 0.5 cup crushed potato chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook for about 5 minutes until al dente. Drain well.
  • Combine egg noodles, diced ham, creamy evaporated milk, flavorful cream of chicken soup, diced onion, and melted processed cheese food in a 9x13-inch baking dish, ensuring an even distribution throughout.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour until bubbly and the cheese is melted. Sprinkle chips on top of the casserole 5 minutes before the end of baking, then bake for an additional 5 minutes.
