  • 1 kg thick beef sausages
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 1 medium brown onion, sliced
  • 20.00 gm curry powder
  • 250ml beef stock
  • Mutti Polpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes 400g

  • 85.00 gm sultanas
  • Coles White Medium Grain Rice, to serve
  • Yoghurt, to serve

Instructions:
  • Place the sausages in a large pan and cover them with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat and let them boil for 2 minutes. Drain the sausages and slice them thickly on the diagonal.
  • In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook onion, stirring for 3 minutes until soft. Add curry powder and cook for 1 more minute until fragrant.
  • Toss sausages in curry mixture, then pour in stock and tomatoes. Simmer uncovered for around 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Mix in peas and sultanas, cook for another 5 minutes until thickened and peas are warm. Serve with rice, yoghurt, and coriander.
