Sweet and tangy deviled eggs with a hint of savory onion and garlic.
Ingredients:
  • 12 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch paprika for garnish
Instructions:
  • Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let eggs sit in hot water for 15 minutes. Drain water, then cool eggs under cold running water before peeling.
  • Pat eggs dry and halve lengthwise. Scoop out yolks and transfer to a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork, then mix in sugar, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and white pepper. Gradually blend in mustard, mayonnaise, salad dressing, and vinegar, incorporating each before adding the next.
  • Spoon a generous teaspoon of the yolk mixture into each egg half and sprinkle with paprika.
