Elevate your potato salad with tangy Miracle Whip dressing, sharp Cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon crumbs.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 0.5 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1.3333333730698 cups MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon celery seed
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, chopped, divided
Instructions:
  • Boil potatoes in a pot of water for 15 minutes until tender, then drain and allow to cool.
  • Combine the potatoes with the cheese and onions in a large bowl, mixing gently.
  • In a medium bowl, combine dressing, sugar, celery seed, and pepper. Mix in half of the bacon. Gently fold into the potato mixture until combined.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until cold, then sprinkle with the rest of the bacon before serving.
