Ingredients:
  • 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.33333334326744 stick unsalted butter, cut into pieces and softened
  • 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  • Combine fluffy sweet potatoes with sweet white sugar, creamy milk, rich butter, delicate eggs, fragrant vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well blended; then spread the luscious potato mixture into the waiting baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and flour for topping. Stir in pecans, coconut, and butter until evenly mixed. Sprinkle the mixture over the casserole.
  • Bake until the topping turns golden brown, approximately 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
