Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup beef drippings
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) while generously greasing each cup of a 6-cup muffin tin with a tablespoon of savory beef drippings.
  • In a medium bowl, vigorously whisk together eggs until blended. Add milk, flour, and salt, stirring until combined. Fill muffin cups halfway.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at the initial temperature for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature and bake for another 15 minutes.
