Enjoy a decadent cookie pie with layers of whipped topping, chocolate pudding, and sweet cream cheese on a Double Stuf Oreo® crust.
Ingredients:
  • 18 chocolate sandwich cookies with extra creme filling (such as Double Stuf Oreos®), or more to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix (such as Jell-O®)
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 0.33333334326744 cup confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Collect all the ingredients needed while preheating the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Pulse cookies in a food processor until finely crushed. Stir in melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the base and up the sides of a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  • Place in the warm oven for 7 minutes, then allow it to cool.
  • In a bowl, vigorously blend milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Allow the mixture to sit until it reaches a thick consistency, around 5 minutes.
  • Clean the food processor and combine cream cheese, 1 cup of whipped topping, and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked crust.
  • Spread the pudding evenly, then finish with the remaining whipped topping.
