Quick and easy sweet potato casserole using canned sweet potatoes for a delicious dish in less than an hour.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (15.5 ounce) cans mashed sweet potatoes
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine mashed sweet potatoes, white sugar, butter, milk, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth; then transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  • Combine the brown sugar, pecans, coconut, and 1/2 cup of butter in a bowl, then spread over the filling.
  • Bake the casserole until the topping turns a beautiful golden brown, approximately 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
