Transform rhubarb, flour, sugar, and butter into a delectable multi-generational rhubarb crisp, ideal for summer indulgence.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups sliced rhubarb
  • 1.3333333730698 cups white sugar
  • 0.66666668653488 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup firmly packed brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
  • Combine the rhubarb, white sugar, and 2/3 cup of flour in a bowl, then transfer the mixture into the baking dish.
  • Combine 1 cup of flour, butter, and brown sugar in a bowl, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle over the rhubarb mixture.
