Decadent chocolate cupcakes with creamy cheesecake center.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tins by greasing them lightly with butter.
  • Combine the cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt until smooth, then mix in chocolate chips and let it rest.
  • Combine sifted flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Stir in water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Beat until thoroughly combined, resulting in a thin batter.
  • Spoon chocolate batter into muffin cups, filling each one 1/3 full. Add a dollop of cream cheese mixture on top of each cup.
  • Bake until golden brown, about 30 to 35 minutes.
