Comforting sauerkraut, beef, and noodles come together in a simple and delicious hotdish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1.25 cups egg noodles
  • 0.5 cup water
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a sizzling skillet, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion salt until browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • In a small casserole dish, mix together the beef, cream of chicken soup, and sauerkraut. Stir in the noodles and water until well combined.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour until the noodles are tender but still slightly firm and the casserole is heated through.
