"Traditional quick and easy homestead pancake recipe passed down for generations."
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar, or more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups milk, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Incorporate oil and eggs, then stir in milk until reaching desired consistency. The batter may have a few lumps, which is perfectly fine.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat. Spoon batter onto the griddle, cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned, about 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
