Delicious peach cobbler made with canned peaches, perfect with a scoop of ice cream warm or cold.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches in juice, drained, reserving juice
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it perfectly heated for baking.
  • Place the peach slices neatly in a 9-inch round baking dish. Drizzle half of the reserved peach juice over the peaches. Combine egg, flour, and sugar in a bowl until smooth, then pour over the peaches. Finish by drizzling melted butter over the flour mixture.
  • Simply bake until golden brown, approximately 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
