Try this mouthwatering gluten-free Greek lamb pizza for a family-friendly weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 Simply gluten-free pizza bases, thawed
  • 500g Grill lamb souvlaki strips
  • 200g gluten-free pizza sauce
  • 375.00 ml shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 125g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 200g Brand mixed chargrilled peppers, drained, cut into strips
  • 80g gluten-free basil pesto
  • Basil leaves, to garnish
  • Baby rocket leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 220C or 200C fan-forced and line 2 baking trays or pizza trays with baking paper. Place pizza bases on the trays. Heat a lightly oiled barbecue grill or chargrill on medium-high. Cook lamb for 3-4 minutes until browned. Transfer to a plate.
  • Evenly coat pizza bases with flavorful pizza sauce. Scatter half of the melty mozzarella cheese on top. Layer on the juicy tomatoes, vibrant peppers, and savory lamb. Finish by sprinkling the remaining mozzarella on top. Enjoy a delicious and savory pizza straight from your oven!
  • Bake until mozzarella is bubbly and edges are golden, about 15-20 minutes. Drizzle with pesto and garnish with fresh basil. Serve alongside arugula.
