Elevate green beans with creamy white miso dressing for a flavorful Japanese side.
Ingredients:
  • 75g (1/4 cup) white miso paste (see note)
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) warm water
  • 10.00 gm caster sugar
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 300g green round beans, trimmed
Instructions:
  • Mix together miso paste, water, sugar, and vinegar in a small bowl until smooth.
  • 1. Boil salted water in a saucepan. Cook beans for 3 minutes until vibrant green and crisp-tender. Drain, cool under cold water, then transfer to a large bowl. Mix in miso dressing and toss thoroughly.
