Zesty cilantro, garlic, green chile, and lime sauce perfect for Hispanic dishes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves, stems removed
  • 5 cloves garlic, or more to taste
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 0.25 cup olive oil, separated, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine green chiles, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a food processor. Drizzle in the rest of the olive oil slowly until the mixture becomes a smooth sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then pulse to mix well.
