Grilled Baby Back Ribs with Spicy Barbecue Sauce

Indulge in savory grilled pork loin back ribs basted in zesty barbecue sauce – a delicious meal!
Ingredients:
  • 4 1/2 lb pork loin back ribs
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Cut the ribs into serving pieces and season them with salt and pepper. Arrange the ribs in a 15x10x1-inch pan, cover with foil, and bake for about 2 hours and 30 minutes until tender.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Preheat grill according to manufacturer's instructions for indirect cooking.
  • - Set the pork on the cooler side of a two-burner gas grill or above a drip pan on a charcoal grill. For a one-burner gas grill, cook on low heat. - Grill covered for 15 to 20 minutes, basting every 5 minutes with sauce until pork is cooked through and starts to separate from the bones. - Remove any leftover sauce before serving.
