Effortless fajita foil packs for simple prep and clean up on the grill.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 package (1.25 oz) fajita seasoning mix
  • 8 tortillas from 1 package (8.2 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos and Fajitas (10 Count)
  • 3/4 cup thick & chunky salsa, if desired
  • 3/4 cup sour cream, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Cut 4 (20x18-inch) sheets of heavy-duty foil. Combine beef, bell peppers, onion, seasoning mix, and water in a large bowl.
  • Divide the beef mixture evenly onto the center of each foil sheet. Fold the foil over the beef, seal tightly with two folds on the edges for proper heat circulation and expansion. Secure by folding the remaining sides.
  • Grill the packets over low heat, covering them, for 13 to 18 minutes. Rotate the packets halfway through, around the 6-minute mark, until the beef is cooked to your liking and the peppers are tender.
  • Before serving, make a large X cut across the top of each packet, then gently fold back the foil to release the steam. Enjoy the beef mixture with tortillas, salsa, and sour cream.
