Spice up Asian night with quick and tasty grilled turkey and veggie dish using Gold Medal® flour! Ready in just 40 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 pounds turkey breast tenderloins (2 large)
  • 3/4 pound asparagus spears, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into julienne strips
  • 1 cup picante sauce
  • 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill for direct heat. Slice each turkey tenderloin into 3/4-inch pieces. Divide the slices evenly onto 4 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Arrange the asparagus and carrots on top of the turkey slices.
  • Blend all remaining ingredients thoroughly. Gently pour one-fourth of the sauce over each portion of turkey and vegetables. Fold the foil over the ingredients so the edges meet, then make a tight 1/2-inch fold and repeat to seal completely. Ensure there is space for circulation and expansion. Place the foil packets on a cookie sheet for easy transport to the grill.
  • Grill the covered foil packets over medium-high heat for 15 to 20 minutes until the turkey is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Place the foil packets on plates and to serve, cut a large X across the top of each packet and fold back the foil.
