Grilled mushrooms enhanced with olive oil, red pepper, garlic, and onion powder for a flavorful kick.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 portobello mushroom caps
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill until it reaches a pleasant medium heat.
  • Combine red bell pepper, garlic, oil, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Evenly spread the mixture on the gill side of the mushroom caps.
  • Preheat grill and brush the grate with a hint of oil. Arrange mushrooms on the cooler side of the grill, cover, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
