Smokey BBQ meatloaf with a crunchy potato chip and bacon topping - irresistibly delicious, guaranteed to have your guests coming back for more!
Ingredients:
1.5 pounds ground beef
2eggs
1onion, chopped
0.5 cupbarbecue sauce
0.75 cupcrushedcrackers
1cupcrushed potato chips
0.75 teaspoonliquid smoke flavoring
0.75 teaspoongroundblack pepper
0.5 teaspoongarlic powder
1pinchcayenne pepper
6slicesbacon
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Mix together beef, eggs, onion, barbecue sauce, cracker crumbs, potato chips, liquid smoke, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Lay bacon slices across the width of the loaf to cover the entire surface, then loosely cover with foil.
Roast in the oven set to the perfect temperature for 90 minutes.
