Elevate your morning oats with a creamy swirl of peanut butter and a sweet sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup whole oats
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, bring water and salt to a boil. Add oats, cook for 5 to 6 minutes while stirring consistently.
  • Transfer the oatmeal to a small bowl, stir in peanut butter until well combined, mix in vanilla extract, and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on top. Use a butter knife to help incorporate the ingredients if needed.
