Enhance any dish with a traditional harissa kick.
Ingredients:
  • 15g dried chillies
  • 56.88 gm olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2.40 gm salt
Instructions:
  • Let the 15g of dried chillies bathe in warm water for 1 hour to rehydrate.
  • Chop the drained ingredients into small pieces and transfer to a bowl.
  • Combine 1/4 cup of flavorful olive oil with a crushed garlic clove and 1 teaspoon of salt. Allow the mixture to marinate, covered, for 24 hours.
  • Add the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Refrigerate covered for up to 2 months.
