Whip up this delicious garden veggie dish for everyone to enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 1 container (8 oz) plain hummus
  • 1 large red bell pepper (cut into 1/4-inch strips)
  • 1 carrot (1-inch diameter)
  • Parsley sprigs
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper
  • Chives (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • Broccoli and cauliflower florets
  • Brussels sprouts, steamed (1/2- to 1-inch diameter)
Instructions:
  • Spread a generous layer of creamy hummus on a rectangular serving platter. Arrange vibrant red pepper strips along the edges of the hummus, making sure they fit perfectly, to bring your garden to life.
  • For "pumpkins": Slice the carrot into 1/2-inch rounds. Carefully poke a hole in the side of each carrot and insert a small parsley sprig for the leaf. Stand the "pumpkins" upright in a designated garden area.
  • For the "corn cobs": Cut yellow bell pepper into 1-inch pieces and arrange them in the second garden section. Adorn each corn cob with chive pieces to mimic husks.
  • Arrange small broccoli and cauliflower florets in one section of the garden and Brussels sprouts in another section.
