Indulge in a moist cake infused with the flavors of the classic cocktail, enhanced by Galliano in both batter and glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 fluid ounces Galliano liqueur
  • 2 fluid ounces vodka
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a perfect 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then generously grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cake mix and pudding mix. Add eggs, vegetable oil, 4 ounces Galliano, 1 ounce vodka, and 4 ounces orange juice. Stir the batter until smooth and thick, then pour into the prepared pan.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 45 minutes. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Drizzle warm cake with glaze.
  • Prepare the glaze by mixing the leftover 1 ounce Galliano, 1 ounce vodka, and 1 ounce orange juice with confectioner's sugar until smooth. Drizzle over the warm cake.
