Havana Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Cuban-inspired slow cooker pork tenderloin, seasoned with cumin and simmered in zesty orange juice for a tender and flavorful dish.
Ingredients:
1onion, sliced
3pounds pork tenderloin
3tablespoons mincedgarlic
0.5 cuporange juice
3tablespoons red wine vinegar
1lemon, juiced
1tablespoonground cumin
1tablespoongrill seasoning (such as Montreal Steak Seasoning®)
1teaspoonground red pepper
3bay leaves
2tablespoons gratedlemon peel
Instructions:
Layer the bottom of a slow cooker with onion slices, place the pork tenderloin on top. Evenly distribute the garlic over the onion and pork. Pour in orange juice, vinegar, and lemon juice. Sprinkle cumin, grill seasoning, salt, red pepper, bay leaves, and lemon zest on top of the pork.
Cook pork on Low for 6 to 7 hours until very tender. Serve by slicing tenderloin into 1 1/2-inch slices, arranging on a platter, and drizzling the juices over the top.
