Elevate your chicken with aromatic North African chermoula spice blend for a burst of exotic flavor when grilling.
Ingredients:
  • 4 chicken breast, skin on
  • 20.00 gm chermoula spice mix
  • 18.20 gm Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat barbecue grill to high heat. Rub chicken thighs with olive oil and coat generously with chermoula spice mix, ensuring even coverage by massaging with your hands.
  • Grill the chicken breast, skin side up with the lid down for 6-8 minutes. Flip it skin side down and grill until crispy, lightly charred, and cooked through. Remove from the grill and let it rest before serving with lime wedges.
