Elevate classic pub fries with a flavorful and saucy twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (24 oz) frozen potato wedges with skins
  • 1 pouch Progresso™ hearty vegetable stew with beef
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Coat a large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Bake the potato wedges on the prepared sheet according to the package instructions, remembering to stir halfway through baking.
  • While the stew is heating as directed on the pouch, arrange the baked potato wedges in a 10-inch ovenproof skillet. Sprinkle 1 cup of Cheddar cheese over the wedges. Pour the heated stew over the cheese and wedges. Top with the remaining Cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Finish by adding blue cheese and onions on top before serving immediately.
