Elevate grilled salmon with a sweet soy marinade enhanced with zesty lemon pepper and aromatic herbs.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Combine brown sugar, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon pepper, thyme, basil, parsley, and garlic powder in a bowl. Transfer the mixture to a resealable plastic bag. Add salmon fillets, ensuring they are coated with the marinade. Seal the bag after squeezing out excess air. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, remembering to turn occasionally.
  • Get your outdoor grill ready over medium heat and give the grate a light coating of oil. Take the salmon out of the marinade, gently shake off any extra, and dispose of the rest of the marinade.
  • Grill the salmon until beautifully browned and easily flakes with a fork, approximately 5 minutes per side on the preheated grill.
