Elevate classic mashed potatoes with flavorful herbs for a creamy delight.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg potatoes (see note), peeled, diced
  • 100g butter, chopped
  • 150ml milk, warmed
  • 20.00 ml fresh dill sprigs, chopped
  • 40.00 ml fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
  • 40.00 ml fresh finely-chopped chives
Instructions:
  • Boil potatoes in a pot of seasoned water until tender, approximately 10 minutes. Then, drain in a colander.
  • Place the potatoes back into the saucepan over low heat and shake for 30 seconds until any extra moisture evaporates. Remove from heat.
  • Roughly mash potatoes using a potato masher. Gradually mix in butter until smooth. Pour in warmed milk and beat until light and fluffy using a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in dill, parsley, and chives. Serve.
