Quick and easy Hibachi-style fried rice with chicken, green onion, egg, and soy sauce - perfect for any meal, easily customizable.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup chopped grilled chicken
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Collect all of the ingredients required for the recipe.
  • Preheat a wok or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Cook the eggs in the hot oil until they are fully cooked, for about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the chicken, green onion, and garlic with the scrambled eggs, cooking and stirring until warmed through, approximately 2 minutes.
  • Combine rice with the creamy egg mixture in a hot pan; stir constantly until the rice is heated through, approximately 2 minutes.
  • Pour in the savory soy sauce and stir continuously until the rice is completely coated, approximately 3 minutes.
