Classic no-sugar coleslaw with tangy vinegar and creamy mayo dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 3 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 0.5 cup shredded green bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup shredded rell bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup shredded celery
Instructions:
  • Mix together the vinegar, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl.
  • Mix together cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and celery in a big bowl.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables, ensuring they are evenly coated. Refrigerate and then serve on a bed of crisp lettuce leaves.
