Whip up zesty Honey Mustard Dressing in under 10 minutes. Elevate salads, chicken fingers, pork marinades, and roasted veggies with its irresistibly versatile flavors!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon grainy mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey, or to taste
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine the vinegar, lemon, mustard, and honey in a blender. Blend on medium speed for 5 seconds until smooth.
  • Slowly drizzle the oil into the dressing while blending on medium-low speed. Increase the speed to high and blend for 10 to 15 seconds until the dressing is emulsified. Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and honey to taste. Refrigerate in a glass jar for up to two weeks.
