Horseradish-Dill Mashed Potatoes

Elevated mashed potatoes using Betty Crocker® Potato Buds® and spices.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 1/3 cups Betty Crocker™ mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
Instructions:
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, bring water, milk, butter, salt, and dill weed to a boil, then remove from heat.
  • Mix in the potatoes and horseradish sauce gently until well combined. Allow it to sit uncovered for roughly 30 seconds or until the liquid is absorbed. Fluff it up to your desired level of fluffiness using a fork.
