Cozy up with our vanilla-infused hot cider this winter.
Ingredients:
  • 750ml (3 cups) alcoholic cider
  • 250ml (1 cup) apple juice
  • 250ml (1 cup) apple schnapps (see note)
  • 1 vanilla bean, split
  • 1 strip lemon rind
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, gently warm the cider, juice, schnapps, vanilla, and lemon rind over medium-low heat until almost boiling. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes to enhance the flavors. Remove the vanilla bean, stir in the apple, and pour into heatproof glasses.
