Ingredients:
  • 4 Brioche Hot Cross Buns, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 257.50 gm milk
  • 141.90 gm caster sugar
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • 82.50 ml plain flour
  • 0.63 gm mixed spice
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 40.00 ml dark choc chips
  • Chocolate sauce, to serve
  • Whipped cream, to serve
  • Icing sugar, to serve
Instructions:
  • Grease four 1-cup-capacity microwave-safe mugs and fill each with brioche. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, flour, mixed spice, butter, and chocolate chips.
  • Pour the milk mixture evenly into mugs without stirring. Allow the mugs to sit for 2 minutes. Microwave two mugs at a time on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes until puffed and thoroughly cooked. Let them stand for an additional minute before serving.
  • Drizzle the puddings with luscious chocolate sauce, top with a generous dollop of cream, and sprinkle with delicate icing sugar. Serve right away for a decadent experience.
