Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Cajun citrus tilapia baked to perfection, topped with creamy dill lemon sauce.
Ingredients:
4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia
salt and pepper to taste
1tablespoonCajun seasoning, or to taste
1lemon, thinly sliced
0.25 cupmayonnaise
0.5 cupsour cream
0.125 teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonfresh lemon juice
2tablespoons choppedfresh dill
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Season both sides of the tilapia fillets generously with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Lay the fillets in a single layer in a baking dish and top each with a couple of lemon slices to cover most of the surface.
Place in a preheated oven and bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, and dill in a small bowl. Serve with the baked tilapia.
