Quick and tasty vegetarian taco salad with pinto beans, Cheddar cheese, nacho chips, and zesty French dressing. Perfect for fuss-free weeknight dinners and family gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 15.5 ounce can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup French salad dressing, such as Ott's™ Original Famous Dressing
  • 1 cup crushed nacho cheese chips, such as Dorito's® Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together the fresh lettuce, crisp onions, juicy tomatoes, hearty beans, tangy olives, and savory cheese. Give everything a good toss to combine all the flavors.
  • Drizzle the salad dressing over the top, toss, then add the crushed tortilla chips and toss again. Serve immediately.
