Elevate chocolate cupcakes with ice cream and fudge frosting for a fun twist on classic treats. Customize with endless cake, ice cream, and frosting options to suit your taste preferences.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
  • 1.25 cups water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (1.5 quart) container vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 (16 ounce) container prepared chocolate fudge frosting
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then prepare 24 cupcake or muffin cups with paper liners, greasing them if needed.
  • Combine cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a large bowl until well combined. Beat with a mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes or whisk vigorously for 2 minutes. Fill each cupcake cup with 2 tablespoons of batter. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Once cooled, cover cupcakes and freeze until firm for about 4 hours.
  • Take 1/2 cup of the softened ice cream and spoon it into each cup, gently packing it down. Cover and freeze until solid, approximately 4 hours. Frost the cupcakes with the prepared frosting and enjoy.
